What payment method do you accept?

What currency is your store in?
- All payments are made in GBP. Your bank will convert your total to your currency after your payment has been processed.

Will you be restocking?
- Only select items.
What is your return policy?
- Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please see our Return Policy.
Will I receive my money back after I return?
- No, you will receive store credit in a form of a Vintyle gift card to the email provided. Please see our Return Policy.

When can I expect an e-mail response?
- Allow 2-4 business days for a response. Emails are answered in the order it was placed during operating business days ( Weekends are closed ).

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
I ordered two items, why did I only receive one?
- Some of our orders are shipped separately. If you have ordered multiple items and have not received all the items, please do not email us. Your remaining items are on their way. Please allow the shipping times above to receive your entire order.
Why does my tracking info say invalid/not available/not found?
- Allow up to 24-72 hours for the post office to update.
- At times, tracking may not be available in select countries.
